Day 1
Arrival → Alleppey
Pick-up, drive to Alleppey, board the houseboat by afternoon for an overnight backwater cruise.

Houseboat → Kumarakom
Disembark after breakfast, transfer to a resort near Kumarakom, visit the bird sanctuary.

Leisure day
Village walk, canoe ride through narrow canals (optional, paid), free time at the resort.

Departure
Breakfast, check-out, drop to airport/station.
